Important information
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier and possible customs processing.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, VAT or import charges may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders containing a pre-order item will be shipped once the pre-order item has arrived at our store. The expected delivery information is always mentioned on the product page.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace link by email.
Important information for shipping to the United States (USA)
Due to new US import regulations, all orders shipped to the United States require import duties to be paid in advance.
After placing your order, you will receive a separate email from us with the amount of import duties and a secure payment link.
Your order will be shipped once the import duties have been paid.
Please note that these charges are not included in the shipping costs paid at checkout.
Thank you for your understanding!
